Left Ear Popping Continuously

So, today I went to the urgent care to get my left ear unclogged due to earwax buildup. They managed to take some out but not all of it, although I can definitely hear a lot better than from before.

Anyways, they washed my ear out a lot to the point where I was getting dizzy and felt like throwing up. So, they even said that “we can’t keep washing your ear because you’ll get dizzy”. Anyways, fast forward after the urgent care, my ear canal is already provoked from the ear washing, etc. But, from that point on and now, my ear randomly pops where I have to either yawn or push my ear to unpop it. When I lay down, it does it as well. If I stand up or sit up, it doesn’t do it. It’s very annoying!!

Will this go away and can this be happening because of the urgent care visit and my esutuchatin tube is inflamed or something causing my ear to pop so frequently when laying down or just randomly?
