SWOOSHING SOUND IN LEFT EAR

Hi.  I had this and it was eustacian tube dysfunction.  I would talk to your doctor about it.  For me, it turned into vertigo complete with nausea, tinnitis, and times of poor hearing.  The vertigo was very troubling as I could do nothing during these episodes.  

I saw my primary care doctor----  and an ent.  My issue resolved with their help.  

So, call your doctor.  good luck

See an ENT - it could be nothing but it could be a CSF leak (cerebrospinal fluid).
