Strange Mouth Sores and Pain- Geographic Tounge?

My daughter 12 has been having severe sores that apprear as red places on the inside of her mouth and tounge for about 6 months now. Sometimes the sores turn into a blister and then pop and bleed and she has great pain. It seems to hurt worse at night and she cannot sleep. We went to a dentist who said he had never seen anything like it and sent us to a medical doctor who said same and sent us to a dermatologist who said same and sent us to an ENT. The ENT said it was geographic tounge and said there was nothing we could do for it but wait it out.
The dentist and medical doctor said it did not fit the pattern but didn't know what else to do. She sometimes has nausea and headaches also which could be related. My daughter heard a lady on TV that had similar syptoms and said it could be Pernicious Anemia.
Does anyone have any suggestions? It seems to be getting worse and the dentist has taken pictures of it and seem one of the blisters pop while in his office and was shocked it bled so much.

She has had some upset stomach off and on thru this period (Nausea and Diarreha) but not often and in the same time frame started her monthly period. Occasional headaches but again not often.

Hi Tiger333,

I am researching your question as I don't want to give you false information.

Does she have any other symptoms?
