Sudden severe hearing loss, dizziness, vertigo, disorientation??

I am 19 years old and about a year ago I had Bell's Palsy which went away but caused complete, permanent hearing loss in my right ear. In the last 4 months I have had some pretty severe bouts of vertigo and dizziness (the dizziness has not gone away). And most recently, for at least 2 months I have felt disorientated where I just kinda feel out of it like I cant process things, I can most accurately describe it as being drunk (I dont drink.) I have seen about 10 doctors with no diagnosis. 4 MRI's which have shown inflammation but no cause, and blood tests that were inconclusive. Any other ideas or help?

i am having the same problem as you...been dizzy for about 5 months now and havent found an answer yet.

been to GP, ENT, neurologist, ER, and going to an neuro-otologist this week, as well as getting my eyes checked

they have done blood work, VNG,hearing, catscans,MRI, EKG and allergy test
all came back normal and the ENT thinks its my allergies making me feel dizzy 24/7

i started allergy shots a few weeks agi, take zyrtec everyday and 2 nasal sprays.

some answers would be great, im thinking about trying the vestibular therapy, i went for one session and the therapist said i didnt need it, but ENT says i do. who knows

i am also a 25 year old female....waiting for any kind of help

Have you seen an ENT Specialist to have Meniere's disease ruled out?
