Suffocating with sleep apnea and asthma

I'm suffocating from sleep apnea and have asthma which doesn't respond well to medication like symbicort, albuterol and singulair and prednisone
could my breathing problems be due to tonsils blocking my airway?
how safe is tonsilectomy?  I really want to get this surgery done

I did a nasal rinse and I felt burning pain in my throat and sinuses with fizzing from hydrogen peroxide (might be dangerous to use hp) and then a few hours later I had mucus with blood in it.
I'm not sure why I seem to have some kind of wound in my nasal cavities and had an allergic reaction

Usually sleep apnea is due to other causes than enlarged tonsils.  I see you have been having problems with your tonsils.  An ENT is the doctor to see about your throat problems.  You may need a CPAP machine to aid your breathing at night.  You might get some help by stopping dairy products because dairy products cause a lot of mucus production.
