Swollen Lymph Nodes in Throat/Throat swollen

I have posted 3 other questions on medhelp.org for several different symptoms I've had since January 19th.

I've seen 2 family doctors, an ENT Doctor, had 2 cat scans and ear tests since January 19th and since February 11th i've been treating myself for TMJ (after doctor suggested thats what it could be). After a month of treating it my jaw no longer hurts but I do still have a slight clicking coming from the left side. I am having headaches that bounce from left back of head, left mastoid, around the ear and to the top middle portion of my head. I am also experiencing left eye pain, eyelid drooping and watery eye. I have substantial sinus pressure in my forehead and nose sometimes (dentist sinus xray and ent CT showed no sinus infection). continuous ear ache, striking pain and no build up of wax in my left ear. However, I am experiencing ringing in both of my ears on a daily basis. The ringing can happen with or without sound. Any sounds louder than a person yelling makes my left ear throw a ringing fit.

I am unable to sleep properly at night; it takes me hours to fall asleep and when I do fall asleep i'm woken up several times through out the night. Most recently experienced what is called "exploding head syndrome". I heard a very loud "thud" inside my head and was immediately woken up as if there was an emergency and my chest was pounding. I woke up to silence in the house. It was the weirdest experience ever. I am also highly fatigued and tired through out the day.

My concentrations levels are very low and I find that sometimes I cannot concentrate as well as I used too. Since January 19th I have also experience unusual appetite and lost 3lbs within 2 months because my eating habits have changed. And I find that when I am hungry and start looking at food all of it looks disgusting and I lose my appetite. And when I am able to eat I eat very little to half of the food on my plate

And finally - after starting the symptoms in January 19 most have gone away; and for those that haven't they are much milder than what they were, but they are still happening! And I am now having swollen lymph nodes under my neck, my throat itself doesn't hurt but it does feel swollen or bigger than usual and I am experiencing striking pains in a small spot on the left side of throat that radiates to my left ear and causes pain. I do find that sometimes it is hard to swollow and if I turn my head a certain direction I believe I get whats called a muscle spasm in my throat that is very painful and annoying.

I also have noticed that I am getting sores on my arms that are very dry and bruises that have developed on both of my legs. I do not remember if I have hit any parts of my legs recently and it seems that the bruises just pop up.

I do not know if the swollen lymph nodes are related to what's been going on with me since January 19th. To learn about the other symptoms i've had since January you can visit these other posts I made about it:

I put this in ear, nose and throat because most of these symptoms are ear & throat related (aside from the head pain i'm having)

Like I said i've had 2 CTs with dentist x-ray and all came back negative for sinus infection. No one has done a blood test yet to see if the levels in my body are normal and no one has taken the time to really investigate whether or not if I have a brain tumor, cancer or something else. They have also spoken of TMJ, Trigeminal Neuralgia and Sinus Infection. My jaw now longer hurts, my nerves in the head and face no longer ache and I do not have anything wrong with my sinuses.

I am heading back to see ENT later today in hopes that he may do something different than other doctors did.

Well, went to ENT; he confirmed my nodes are swollen but they are feeling swollen to me and at this point it is not an infection; he also put a scope down my nose and checked my throat; everything is clear. In other words I shouldn't be having the pain I am having. And the ENT is still convinced that there is something else going on that he can't explain, such as MS. However he did do bloodwork; He's going to check my red/white blood cell count and my thyroid to make sure they are normal. I should get those results back by Monday. I hope they don't tell me that my levels are normal because the symptoms i'm experiencing aren't normal. :(

Next step would be MRI and I don't have the money for that i'm still paying 2 months of doctor bills. eh.
