Swollen glands in jaw and neck 2+ months

I have had swollen glands in my neck for 2 months. They have gotten smaller however they swell up when I work out, drink alcohol, and consume any type of caffiene. I took every blood test possible. Everything was fine. All negitive HIV (always safe, even took a pcr at 7 weeks just incase), white and red cells are good,no lyme, no bacteria. Why are my glands still swollen? I did go to the dentist and they told me that my wisdom teeth need to come out. She asked if one was infected,  i guess it looked kinda weird. But they dont hurt or anything. Could it be that? Anyone please these are  very annoying.

So weird to hear someone else have the same symptoms as me. I feel like I'm being paranoid, but I can't ignore what's going on. Heart paplitations, thinning hair, muscle twitches (so annoying), a dull feeling in my right calf (like it's about to fall asleep, fatigue, my right eye seems to be inflammed a bit and now I have swollen glands in my throat. I have hashimotos disease and I am hypothyroid...

Now that I have posted my problems......... And if anyone out there is reading.......... This is what I do.......... I drink coffee.... I usually have 2 to 3 cups at my breakfast time..... I will mostly eat toast, sometimes an egg....
I am not an over eater.... I do drink beer..... Nothing out of the ordinary...Usually 2 beers... But almost every evening around 7pm I have a martini... It's vodka w/vermouth, olives (2) and cocktail onions (2)... This is always before dinner..... We always eat a balanced meal... And fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, steak (not as ofter, about every 3 weeks or so).... At lunch it's greek yogurt or cheese and crackers or peanut butter and crackers.... We snack on fresh almonds...... No can foods..... No can soups... No can meats..... Usually frozen vegetables... I drink two bottle waters before bedtime.... Usually one bottle in the morning and during the day....
One thing I did for get to mention is that I have had diverticulitis, twice.... And the doctor gave me once two antibiotics..........I had to take them three times a day.... One of them I took two three times a day.... So in I had to down 90 pills total in 10 days................... Two years later....... I started having all these problems.......... I have spent my summer with nothing but blood test, a biopsy, a tooth pulled, OOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... I forgot to mention... My hair is falling out !!! And this summer my eye lashes started fallling out !!!! Now..... I have seen an ENT twice, Oral Surgeon three times, my family doctor three times, my Endocrinologist three times and my dentist three times..... And I get my teeth, starting this year, every three months..... Just to make sure that my mouth is in good shape...... Or should I say to make sure nothing crops up......
I have done everything that should be done.......... I won't even go out unless I truly have to...........And that is not often.......... I feel like a prisoner in my own home........... I can say.... MY HOUSE IS CLEAN!!!!!! What else is there to do.......... When I have nothing to do, I look for relation's of the same problems that I have...........
Now............. If any of you have a answer please get back to me....
Thank You for you time reading my life history and medical problems...

For the past year I have had problems with my mouth to neck, throat and behind ears. It started with my gums... They blistered and were raw... Thought it was a tooth.... Had the tooth pulled and the dentist said that the tooth was not infected..... Had sore gums, even almost raw... To the fact that it hurt to brush my teeth... I have had every disease ruled out that you can think of..... The one thing found was Auto-Immume Disorder..... I do have Thyroid Disease (hypo)... Around the time I had my tooth pulled, I had a biopsy.. This is where the Auto-Immume was diagnosed.... Two weeks after the biopsy my glands started swelling up and the feeling behind my ears (not in the ears, as a ear ache) had this dull ache swelling feeling... The swelling would come and go.... If I talked to much my throat, vocal cords seem tired... (Did you ever go to a game and scream in excitement for the team and you throat would get tired... Not a soar throat, just wore out kind a like... I don't know how else to describe any better) Then I started having the heart palpitations... They start off slow and then started returning more and more everyday..... this went on for around 8 weeks..... All this is driving me crazy......
Two weeks ago, I went to see my doctor again and she thought that it may be acid reflux...So I started on prescription drugs for acid reflux..... It's been two weeks as I said... And today I had something just a little different than the past... My gum started aching where I had the tooth pulled... It felt like I still had a tooth and it ached...... Then all of a sudden my jaw joints started to have this dull ache and my teeth across the top started to ache and then on the sides in the lower part of my mouth.... Like I was getting tooth aches in all my teeth.... It never got to being unbearable... Then the dull feeling went down in my neck and my glands started swelling (it felt like).... I got some water and when I swollowed a sip I could feel something like a knot under my neck where the gland is located....  We have a heart monitor... My bp was 119/84..... This is good, but for me the 84 was hight.... I waited 5 minutes. took the bp again and it was 117/74..... So just to be on the safe side I took a baby asprin.
Now for the past two weeks sinse I have been taking the acid reflux medicine my palpitations have subsided......... Then two days ago I started feeling little twiches.... Just a couple.... Today, now I am having the twiches as I type......Been resting and just did my bp it's 109/76..hb/59......
So I don't think it's my heart...But to be on the safe side and frankly it's the only test I haven't done yet..... So...I will be making an app. and have my heart checked out for valve problems...
Now........... How many of you that have had this problem have Thyroid Disease or AutoImmume Disorders.... I am just wonder if there is so sort of connection that just happen to be a normal (you'll just have these problems and there nothing to worry about.) .... That it is what it is!!!!

Hi,

It is difficult to correlate acid reflux disease with the enlargement of salivary glands. All the best. Go ahead!

Update:

went to the ENT. He felt around and noticed that i did have a lymph node under my chin and said it did not seem serious. And my salivary glands are swollen. He put a camera down my nose and said that there was some acid reflux ( or whatever made him notice that). He told me to take over the counter pills (forgot the name) for a month. If I still have a problem hell run tests...

Hi,

According to your symptoms it appears to be a chronic sialadenitis, caused due to stasis of the saliva in the salivary duct. I would like to advise you to drink plenty of water and take citrus fruits. Avoid alcohol for few days. If the symptoms do not subside please do consult your doctor and get a sialography done. Any more doubts you are welcome.

Thanks for commenting. I will be more specific.

My submental glands are swollen and my submandibular gland is swollen. Under my jaw there is like a knot that has been there for 2 months. I am seeing an ENT next Tuesday. But what could i really have if all blood was fine?

Hi - Sorry, I have kinda been 'checked out' from here lately...

Your description is unfortunately a little vague (through no fault of your own).  What are we talking about when we use the word "glands"? Are we referring to lymph nodes or salivary glands? Many people use the same word for either.  In your case, having someone actually put hands on your neck to both make that call and to decide whether these are concerning (regardless of what they are) is key.  Beyond that, it's hard to say much.  It's easy to come with a differential diagnosis of the things that can cause lymph node or salivary gland enlargement, but that isn't very helpful beyond simply making you worry about specific things... Sorry.
