Throat feels like it closing

Hey guys, the last week I’ve been having pretty bad acid reflux and I’m wondering if it is capable of making my throat feel like it’s closing up? It’s been so hard to swallow and my throat aches so bad? What can I do to ease the irritation if it is acid reflux? It literally feels like I’ve been choked for a week straight and like there’s a lump in my throat when I swallow.

Well. I have the same problem and question. If  the cause was GERD it really can cause your symptoms. I had reflux in the past and the only way to know if it is your problem is when you get treatment( it solved my problem in the past). In the past I took omeprazole and the symptoms vanished in just 1 week. If I were you, i would go to a doctor and get that problem checked. Then you would get the medicine for your problem.
