Nose problem, feels like someone is holding the top of my nose

Please I have a problem, for the past weeks now I always feel like someone is holding the top of my nose, it feels odd even though I don't have difficulty breathing.I want to please know if this is something I need to worry about or have checked out.Thank you

If there is a problem with the nose it should cause problems with breathing, if you don't experience any, then you don't have to worry. The sensation may pass.
