My stupid swollen tonsil...

On February 3rd I had looked in the mirror and noticed that my right tonsil was larger than the left. I had zero pain or soreness but started checking for swollen glands in my neck and found 2. This drove me crazy for a week or so then I went to a Dr who referee me to an entire. In the  time waiting to see the specialist I had 2 instances of spitting up several tiny stinky stones the last incident was about 2 weeks ago. Anyway I went to the ent and he did a thorough exam and even scoped me threw my nose and down my throat. He said my nasal passages were red and so was my throat but he found nothing other than that. I explained to him about those stones and he said I was just one of those lucky ones. Put me on 14 days of augmenting and 7 days of prednisone. I'm done with the prednisone and on day9 of he antibiotics. No change in my tonsil. He told me if it didn't work to come back. I will call and make another appointment. I flat out asked him after my exam if I had cancer or lymphoma and he said it was neither. He said this without hesitation but I still worry. My question is could those tiny little stones be causing me all of this worry? I cannot see any on my tonsil but sometimes can take them. Here is a pic of my tonsil.

Thank you.
