anxiety and throat

Hi,
I have posted two questions at the end of Nov and did not get a response from anybody who has medical qualifications. I would really appreciate some advice on the following.
How does teeth clenching and pressing tongue against the roof of my mouth irritate my throat and mouth. I suffer from chronic health anxiety and have experienced this before several years ago,it lasted two years. I have not had it for over two years but it has recently returned with avengance.I had tests done with original onset, all fine, the fact it went shows me it is not serious. Is it burning mouth syndrome,TMJ? Googling is driving me mad.
If i could understand how anxiety causes this and what would help in terms of natural remedies I would feel much better. I appreciate you are all busy and am grateful for any help you can give me.The constant daily pain is debilitating and speeds up the vicious anxiety circle.

Thanks for anytime you spend on this.

Tony.
