Hi,

The pressure in the ears while performing a hard work is a common phenomenon as the Eustachian tube opens up because of increased breathing efforts (just like valsalva maneuver). Neck pain is probably because of the muscular sprain. Try applying pain relieving gel two times every day and consult your physiotherapist for the neck strengthening exercises.

The following link might be of some help to you.

Sounds like muscle strain in the back of the head/neck affecting your ears.

Does your occupation involve heavy physical labor?  Any medical conditions, i.e. high blood pressure?
