dish soap in ear

Hello.
I didn't have aces to bathroom and my ear was greasy from cooking. So i wanted to clean in, but when i used the dish soap, I didn't make it bubbly first, but put it on fingers and then on ear. Then i put  water on fingers and proceed to clean my ear. Now the problem is a part of the soap which didn't come in contact with water went in my ear. I doubd't it could make any harm, since when i went to clean it i also cleaned a bit wax which could've been a protective area.
So my question is:coul the soap (which is stronger than regular soap, cause its used to clean dishes) harm me?
