dizziness and ear ringing

I have had an mri, a balance test and both negative. I continue to feel dizzy and ringing in my ears. Going to get glasses checked but if that is not the problem...what next. Driving me crazy

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The condition needs proper evaluation. The cause could be an inner ear problem with your symptoms of tinnitus, dizziness and deafness. An ENT examination, auditory brainstem response (ABR), a computerized test of the hearing nerves and brain pathways and CT/MRI brain may be needed to diagnose the cause for tinnitus. Treatment lies in treating the underlying cause.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

It was negative for tinnitus. I do have hearing loss and the doctor said the ringing could come from the ear loss. He suggested I get a sound machine but it happens all the time..not just at bedtime.
