what could i use to get rid of this dryness inside my nose?

The simplest thigs in life today PEOPLE DONT DO..

DRINK WATER.. seriously.. people complain of dizziness, migranes, back aches, kidney lower back pains.. and they get medications..

Unfortunate as this sounds i used 2 do alot of nose blowing(bad habitLOL) so i had a real big problem with my nose drying out real, real bad and my Dr told me to use a combo of a nose spray called DEEP SEA its a sodium chloride spray and then rub a ointment called AQUAPHOR by Eucerin around the inside rim of my nose! it really does work promise. Let me know how it goes. U wont be wasting your money.
