ear nose throat

my inner right ear has been itching really bad! can you tell me what that is?

Hi, the surface of the inner ear is a mucousal surface just like the sinuses.  It can react to allergens the same way your nose can.  My unproffessional gues would be that you are experiencing allergy problems.  Try taking antihistamines like Zyrtec.  If it doesn't stop in a few days you should see your doctor to rule out an ear infection.
