i have been going through really bad time since about 2 years . Firstly i didnt knew what was going on . The back of the tongue it gets all scratchy feeling and u just cant talk freely. Its so embarrasing at time . Its feels at times its better to end up life than to live with this . Granular pharyngitis Can u help me out with this . diagnosis and treatment if u have any idea . Even I am suffering from a similar problem. I have tried homeopathy & allopathy treatment. But none of them have been effective so far.
Do tell me if you could find some solution.

My job entails lot of talking & this problem becomes killing at some time.
