hyoid bone
I'm in martial arts and was choked yesterday to the point that my hyoid bone popped out of place. How does one realine the hyoid bone and does it need to be done by a doctor or is there something I can do myself?

Hyoid bone fractures can occur with strangulation and can cause problems with breathing. You need to have yourself examined by an ENT specialist to assess the damage, based on which therapy can be planned.
