leaking wax and blood

hi i have been under the specialist since i was found to have hearing problems at the age of 4, i have had 9 operations including three sets of gromits placed in my ears and my hearing is super for a while then i decreases, for the past two years i have had a constant ear infection which passes from each ear, they leak wax, runny and clear and sometimes yellow and on more and more occasions my eyes are starting to bleed. i have put it with it for that long that i am immune to earache and its was a everyday thing for me but just lately i have been waking in the night from excrutiating shooting pains and my hearing is realy poor, i am now 20 and the NHS keep sending me home with ear drops and appointments in 4 weeks from that one but when my letter came through its not till 6 months and i cant cope with it any more!
would you say the NHS have failed me and does any body know whats wrong with me ears and suffer from the same thing as me? thankyouu

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.

Understand your predicament. If it’s a chronic infection in the ears, have a culture and sensitivity test done to find out the correct antibiotic that the infecting organism is sensitive to and taking this medication for the required amount of days may help to clear the infection. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
