left ear hearing sound muffled, neck slight stiffness, out of off balance???

HI for a while ive been suffering with weird irritable neck sholder off balance, and neck pains stiffiness in my neck sholders. i feel very irritable and its weird. hard to explain.
the thing that bothers me is that my sholder especially in the right side neck sholder feel very off balance. it feels like my t shirt is off to one side also weird if i walk. my neck sholder feels very off and ear weird. i feel slight pain near my neck area.
couple of days before i also feel same like my ear is muffled hearing kind fuzzy. at work i just started to feel like my hearing became muffled and i felt weird yesterday.
today i woke up this morning until now my ear muffled hearing fuzzy kind of hearing, i feel also almost like lightheaded off balance if i walk or move around. like there something inside my ear. feel like my body floating almost dizzy like now. and walking my body is off to right side.
i try blow out my nose but same.
i feel some bumps under my jaw area and ear is very weird. this morning i woke up with sore neck and a weird pulsating palpatation like feeling in my left arm. also weird dreams.
the things bothers me is my ear, balance, irritability. and like my vision kinda floating.
kinda dizzy idk...

whats wrong with me?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.

It could most probably be tonsillitis and a throat infection. Throat pain, difficulty swallowing, fever, scratchiness in the throat, post nasal drip, malaise and loss of appetite are symptoms of tonsillitis. Continue the antibiotic. In addition you could take OTC multivitamins. Take plenty of warm oral fluids and lots of rest. For further relief from your symptoms you could do warm salt water gargles and steam inhalations. Please ensure to do this prior to your meals.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Sounds like an inner ear problem., the off balance ..I would have it checked out ..possibly also allergies , many are sick this year with odd symptoms .
