need an answer

About five (5) months ago I met with an ENT doctor , an HMO doctor,  to see if there is any medication for my tinnitus. Before seeing him I did an ear audio test where both ears
Equally Showed  a little hearing degradation. The ENT doctor said the degrading is due to
Getting old (I am 60) and I should not worry since is the same in both ears. He also said there is no medication for tinnitus which I have had since early 90’s. He then checked both ears and said there is some wax in the right ear which he is going to remove. He used 2 instruments in removing the wax from my right ear; One was a rather long rod and the other a wax remover vacuum. First he used the rod for a few minutes and said that the wax is stuck inside the ear and could not remove it with that rod; Then he used the wax remover vacuum where after a few minutes he said that he removed the wax ( did not show me).
In both, the rod and vacuum, I felt uncomfortable and somewhat pain  in the ear mainly in the vacuum process and I did bring this to Dr.’s attention.
Right after this procedure I felt a pressure type pain in the right ear which would not go away till now. And as I got in my car after leaving the doctor’s office (about 10 minutes after leaving) I drank some water and made a burp. As I burped I felt a peculiar noise, squishing, from my right ear which I have never noticed in any of my ears in my 60 years life. Later I found that this sound will be noticed when sneezing- yawning-and now even walking or hearing music (getting worse- different noise that continious tinnitus hissing noise of both ears).
My primary physician prescribed me claritin and nose spray. Claritin almost got rid of the pressure pain but no effect on the referenced sound. Later also I had to stop taking claritin since it would take away the effect of one of my medication, Lorazepam, which I must take. I met with another ENT doctor for a 2nd opinion at Kaiser where she said there is no perforation in your ear drum which is the good news and she said sometimes ear wax vacuum could damage some ear nerve.  She did a 2nd audio test where it showed almost the same as the first. She said does not know really what could have caused these 2 issues right after removing the wax from the right ear ; so did the ENT doctor who removed the wax which also said the 2 issues may be that he may have scratched the skin inside the ear and will heal soon in time- both did not give me any remedy or medication. My primary physician said perhaps it has to do with Eustachian tube and that is when prescribed me Claritin.
I believe whatever the cause it had to do with ear wax removal procedure causing some type of a damage somewhere in my right ear (since the 2 issues occurred right after the wax removal and also the pain started as he was using the instruments mainly the wax removal vacuum).
Please, if possible, share with  me your opinion as to what caused these 2 issues in my right during and right after wax removal procedure?

Thank you

I would refer you back to my initial answer.  Some things are hard or even impossible to diagnose without seeing someone in person.
