pain pain plz help asap

i got a sore throat that is burning ..when ever i swallow it hurts cant eat or drink almost anything. i feel a burn in my throat and ears my temp is 38 wot could it be plz help its been now for almost 1 week

Have you taken anything over the counter for the fever or the sore throat?

A week?  Why no physician's visit?

the doc gave me something to gaggle and he told me take panadol when ur feeling pain ...but nothing is working ..its burning alot even if i eat chocolate

he also gave me cloracef mr 500 antibiotic i finished it today but there is no improvement at all

Reconsult the physician soon as possible.  

I would not recommend eating chocolate because of the caffeine; can irritate your throat more.  I would recommend eating your food bland until you sort this out.

Are you a smoker or alcohol drinker?  Any history of acid reflux?  Temp still?

i got uric acid but its 7.2 out of 7.7 does this have anything to to with acid reflux . temp today is 37.6 and still burning

Uric acid has nothing to do with acid reflux.  

Reconsult your physician soon as possible.
