problem with throat, nose, and ears

what's wrong when your throat feels as if its closing up, and when you put pressure on the lower part of your throat or jaws, it feels as if some of the pressure is off, also when you are chewing, some pieces of food or sometimes liquid, gets caught in your nose, and now my ears are feeling stopped up, my dr. took a blood test and said my thyroids were ok, and I have a lot of coughing like something is in my throat which I have wakes me up out of my sleep or even in the day just a lot of coughing, like a tickle in my throat or something. It really has me worried that they aren't taking the right or enough in depth test to figure out what's really going on.

I have had my ear clogged for almost 1 month & it is driving me crazy!!! I firt went to an ENT who said there was nothing wrong a week later I got a very bad cold so I saw my medical doctor who said I had some fluid in my middle ear & gave me an antibiotc with a nasal spray after my antibiotic was finished my ear unclogged for 4 days & then clogged up again ( cold was still there) so I went back to medical doctor who gave me more antibiotics & a different nasal spary & some sudafed the sudafed help for 2 days & then ear clogged up again ( still have cold) I go to see ENT tomorrow but I am very afraid that my ear will be clogged forever & I am very depressed.  Can your ear be clogged FOREVER?
