I have the exact same symptoms. I have been to 2 diferent doctors and every hospital in town. When I first got the infecton the left side of my nose swelled righ up and my left eye swelled shut. the hospital put me on I.V. antibiotics called Keflex It took 6 days for it to clear and I followed up with a round of keflex in pill form. that only lasted a few days then I went back to th Dr. and got a round of Bactrim that was pretty good and after it was done it stayed clear for about 2 weeks next I took keflex and Doxacyclin at the same time for ten days instead of 7 it stayed clear for about 1 week. So antibiotics cant cure this it seams. But they are necessary if you dont take them when it flares up it gets really bad really fast. I am going to see the doc again asap, My current  therory is that a virus that is semi dormant and is the underlying cause, and the infections are a symptom, I have had 2 diferent swabs done and they were both diferent 1 was clear and 1 said staph, I am a super clean person, a neet freak, so its not an envirnmental thing, I'm going crazy too, but i'm trying my best to find a cure or a definative cause atleast.keep posting what youve tryed. Quite a few people are going through this too, if we all pool info we might get closer to finding a  good result
