The inactive ingredients in Meloxicam (MOBIC) tablets include colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and sodium citrate dihydrate. So, the sodium content should be in very minute quantities.

I can't find how much salt there is in the  ingredients list for it, but:
Enough that if you are on a low sodium diet you should talk to your doctor before taking this drug.
