Thanks Doctor, for compassionate reply.
Do the situation you detailed will be shown in Sinus CT Scan, i have already done this scan, only shows blocking of maxillary sinus. two days ago also, i started snizzing, got cold (may be due to allergy), could not sleep properly and next day this typical sound started from ears / head. This is not the RINGING sound as i read on various posts, as ringing typical commonly known as sounds like telephone ringing. Mine is chi-chi sound which typically resembles like the aftermath of bursting of noisy crackers, in my case this is continuous. One more thing, when this condition occurs, there is little pain in my joints, particularly right one knee joint. I am 45 yrs old male.
Kindly provide some Help, am desperately looking for it. as mine has become very chronic problem. most of the doctors i visited will only give advise base on the symptoms and not based on the cause. I really want to know the cause of my problem, i am ready to undergo any type of test which are required. Thank You.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, perception of abnormal ear or head noises is termed as TINNITUS. Persistent tinnitus usually indicates the presence of sensory hearing loss. Inflammation in the nose and sinuses can cause inflammation around the Eustachian tube, which is the tube that runs from the back of the nose to the middle ear and is responsible for draining the middle ear of fluid.  If there is Eustachian tube dysfunction from nose or sinus inflammation, fluid can remain in the middle ear which can lead to tinnitus. So, check with your doctor regarding this. Regards.
