stuffy nose

Hi there. I am after a bit of advice, last week i noticed a insect bite on my right shoulder it swelled up to quite large. On the same day i noticed a small lump on my right side of oz neck about 2 inch up from the bite. Also cant three days later i developed a stuffy nose. Its been a week now the bite has gone yet the lump and stuffy nose still persist. Any ideas if all these symptoms are related or just coincidence. Thanks Dean

My guess would be coincidence.  Bites don't typically cause respiratory reactions unless you are allergic and go into anaphlaxis.  You might want to talk to your dr about the lump and certainly if the congestion gets worse or turns to nasty colors you should be seen by a dr.
