throat concern

I see a white colour patch in throat behind the back of my uvula( Photo attached) and am scared . I had shown to a ENT specialist and he gave some antibiotics and told me not to worry about it. I have attached the photo . Does the back of throat looks normal ?

I have stretching my throat a lot to see it. Can this irritation and discomfort  be the cause ?

Is there any thing serious you note or it looks normal?

I had a hiv risk low risk exposure 3 years back ( protected sex but not sure if the condom broke with so many symptoms now) and had doen 3 ELISA tests post 18 months of exposure which were negative. SO i have become very suspicious of anything happenign in the moiuth

It sounds like Strep throat, which can cause tonsil stones.  They may come and go and be a big annoyance after the infection is gone, but they are common.  Many people avoid dairy because that helps them go away.
