throat problem
I have been digonised by nasal endoscopy that there is a small mass or nodule on my left vocal cord and also there must be a gapping between the vocal cords as per my speech therapyist. I have been going for speech therapy for the last 20 days and seem to have improved quit well. How ever my voice is still hoars. With speech therapy, I improved in making the sound eeee and oooo for almost 18 to 20 seconds but aaaaaa for only 12 seconds where as in the begining all theses were only 4 and 5 seconds.
ENT doctor told me that if by speech therepy, it is not cured, I will have to operate-do surgery. However, I do not want to opt for surgery. So if there are any other options for cure, pls help me.

Nodule or mass grown on the vocal cord - Is it possible to do laser surgery for this ?? If yes, how easy and safe is it to do so?

May I pls know what is the cure of nudle or mass grown on the vocal cord and what is the cause of it and its other any other cures. Is lase surgery easy and safe?? Pls help on this subject.
