very small red dots on roof of mouth
I've noticed several tiny dots on the roof of my mouth, there are plenty of them and they are everywhere but incredibly small, flat, no puss or white center. I've also had a slight sore throat for weeks which doctors say could be GERD or post nasal drip. Any ideas as to what this is/if it is normal?
