Drinking Water & having meal?
what's the best time to drink water , before or after the meal ? ... some says it helps alot while eating and others mentiond that it should be after the meal by 2 hrs. !
My guess? Water is healthy no matter when we drink it but I keep a thumb on minimum one glass along with a meal.
