How to (healthily) gain weight?

I used to be anorexic, but I got over that a few years ago. I'm still dealing with the effects today because although at one point I was at a healthy weight, it didn't last long when I started taking ADHD medicine that also caused me to lose weight. Then I started having depression which caused appetite loss, which then led to more weight loss since I wasn't (and still am not) eating enough. People are starting to notice that I'm continuing to lose weight and friends have told me they're getting worried about me because of how much weight I keep losing... Can anyone give me some advice on how to gain more weight?

Maybe eat at least 3 different food out of each food group every day , and a snack here and there every day --- eat breakfast , lunch and dinner no matter what is its. :)  Hope this helps!
