Yes the more water you drink the more you pee you can kiterly pee your weight off. And it may be more expensive but try eating organic food. You will be able to eat more and lose more. This one lady had a proble. With obesity and and she ate all the same things and same amounts her family did yet she was the only one with a weight problem. So when she and her husband switched to organic food she lost like 175lbs (pounds) this is because with all the crap they put on or in our food these days to make it last longer 90% of people are allergic to the crap the put on our food so they gain weight. Plus try cellery (with no dip) you burn more calories chewing it than you do eating it!!! But you deffently need to eat more. Your body is in starvation moas. Plus starving yourself will only slow down your matabelizm and make you gain weight in the long run. That bit of information is what stoped from starving myself. But if you do t eat enouph your body starts storing the fat thinking it won't be getting any so it can try to stay healthy (starvation mode) so really you arnt going to lose anymore weight you will actualy probably gain. And also if you drink diet pop you need to STOP it has aspartame in it wich can be deadly. And one doctor said 20 of his paitents who stopped drinking diet pop or things with aspartame in it lost 19 pounds in just a few weeks!!! So make sure nothing you eat or drink has aspartame in it for it actualy makes you gain weight. Feel free to message of needed!!!

bananas contain a lot of calories. Same with sushi. Neither one are really reccomended when losing weight. Try upping your calories to 1200 a day. and drink plenty of water. honestly its the quickest way to lose weight and keep it off. right now your body is starving and latching on to anything you put in it. Eat more and you will see the weight loss.
Bananas are one of the most calorific fruits. Perhaps you should try something else? Celery? Carrot sticks? Also, some variation is good. Make your calorie intake go up and down a little each day to trick your metabolism and help you lose weight. Do you exercise?
i know it sounds stupid but if you try eating more it will help because your body will feel able to leave some of it. give up the sushi and instead eat a salad with like beans, their really low cal and good for you. good luck!
