Ya I refuse to starve myself myself again! I did it for 2 days in July but stoped when unread it will slow my matabalizm down and just make me gain weight in the long run. The starving only lasted 2 days the first day was brutal so I wore an outfit that made me feel fat to push me the second day was fine dident bother me at all.
If you exercise you can to eat more without gaining weight. Your mom is probably just concerned if you are dropping weight quickly. As long as you are doing it healthily and for yourself--no one else-- then there is nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight. But instead of focusing on the number on the scale (which can be very misleading), why not focus on toning up? Your clothes will fit looser as you tighten and tone your muscles, and this will also get you that flat stomach you long for.
Just remember to do it the healthy way. No starving and severe restricting. This will only lead to problems later.
Stick to lean protein, veggies, healthy fats (like nuts and seeds) and very little sugar. Stay active and you'll see the difference.

I really just want a flat stumic and I am willing to go a few pounds under weight or however many needed to have a flat stumic!!!! So what can I do to do so???
