Treatment

Is there treatment For Eating Disorders other than Impatient Hospitals? My family thinks that I have Anorexia. I have a histroy of mental health problems, including; PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, and ADHD.

You should conceder talking to a therapist or a psychologist.

Yes, there are various treatments available for anorexia. First step is to log in whatever you eat along with timing. This can give you an idea about your total calorie intake. If you are unable to do so, you could always ask your family or friend to do it for you. Once anorexia is diagnosed, the treatment involves various types of behavior therapies, nutritional guidance, medications to control hunger, food satiety, and exercise and yoga. Please consult a good psychologist/psychiatrist who specializes in eating disorders. Take care!
