Wellbutrin for a former bulimic with occasional lapse?

My primary care doctor prescribed me 150mg wellbutrin for anxiety and panic attacks. I mentioned briefly I had a long history of eating disorders (~12 years AN b/p type), but did not mention my occasional recent lapses. My last purge was last week, but before that it had been a few months with no purging. I have started seeing a therapist again and am completely committed to not purging anymore. I think taking the wellbutrin would be good also knowing that I really cannot afford to purge or I may have a seizure. I am also at a healthy weight currently and eating regularly and recently got blood work and my electrolyte levels are normal.

My question is do you think it would be safe for me to take the Wellbutrin given my history, my last lapse, and my strong motivation to not purge anymore? Also the dose is very low, so I believe that would significantly lower my chances of having a seizure as well?
Thank you so much for your help!

This is difficult to respond to as it's unclear if you mean taking the Wellbutrin with your ED (eating disorder) history or what little medical history (e.g. siezures, etc)  you have mentioned?
While you didn't really ask this I think being in therapy might help with your ED especially if you no longer want to purge as it helps to know possible triggering behaviour.
