Hey my names paige, and im 15 years old. Ive been struggling with food for awhile, and everyone tells me that im wicked skinny but i look in the mirror and i feel like im OBESE...especially around the elbow/wenis area. I know thats strange but i cant help it and i try to do excersizes to lose weight on my wenis bc i just always feel like i cant wear anythign showing it bc people will think i have obese elbows. i dont know what to do i cant even wear short sleeved shirts anymore. anyone know any excerises that could help me lose weight on my wenis but at the same time not get to muscular?

DOn't freak out, but a teeny bit of muscle tone is good, just having some muscle burns fat and keeps your metabolism up. I know that's prolly the last thing u wanna hear, but take it into consideration. A 5 pound weight every now and then can only help u and no, u can't bulk up too much from it, just keep the reps the same.

You don't need to lose weight anywhere, you need to work on your self-confidence and how you feel about yourself; the problem isn't physical, it's mental. Trust me girl, I've been there! I never thought that being 20 pounds heavier would make me happier, but it has! I don't know what to tell you other than to see a counsellor, there can be some good ones that do "pro-bono" work - that is, free of charge, they are normally volunteer services. Check at school in your counselling office and see if there is anything like that.
I don't know what a wenis is, but from what I can tell from reading your post you have some sort of self-image issues and need to speak to a professional about them who can help you sort them out one at a time - that worked for me! I know from experience that this is very common in girls your age.
