can bigine eating and anorexic occurs hand in hand?

Im 19. A school athlete. Currently 52kg and 153cm. Many teachers have noticed the shrinkage of my body size and claimed that im anorexic.
i restrict my meals at each meal time. In the morning, i will just grab a blended juice from the dining table. In the past, during school days , i will fill my bottle with fiber drinks so that i feel full and do not have to consume solid food as i always falls into food coma, and also, i wanted to diet. Now, i started incorporating buns into break times band drink lots of green tea and water so that i feel full. I usually just have fruits for dinner if my parents aren't at home.
I have been getting skinner and skinner. Now, i always experience breathing difficulties during high intensity interval. I feel that my heart has to work extra hard to perform the same level of performance I used to have. Am I anorexic? Can I continue with my current eating habit?
I eat alot during weekends. I dont restrict myself and I usually exceeds 2000kcal. I feel guilty and bloated after every meal. Am i having binge eating disorder? I am losing concentration in class too :( is there any thing i should be correcting so that i am on the right path?

Sorry, here is my answer: Hi! Thanks for writing. From the information that you have shared, it sounds like there are reasons to be concerned. The type of restricting you are describing is very damaging to your brain, body, and health. As an athlete it is especially important that you are taking in appropriate nutrition to support your level of activity. You are reporting breathing difficulties, lack of concentration and the sense that your heart is working extra hard. I would advise you to see a medical doctor immediately. I would also encourage you to find an eating disorder specialist in your area. Also, in response to your question, someone who is diagnosed with anorexia may also engage in binge eating.
