Im a 23 year old female, Im a social worker (so yes this is a very difficult situation) I have been diagnosed with anorexia/bulimia, OCD and depression-for approx 1 year now.  I dropped from 185 to my lowest ever 106lbs.  I recently went to my doctor and was prescribed cirpralex....I am now reading that is helped to treat bulimia.  I no i shouldn't be, but anyone who has had an eating disorder can understand that Im now freaking out!!!! I never wanted to be on cipralex for my eating disorder, Ive been on it for 4 weeks and finding this info out now..my OCD is obviously going crazy... I cannot take this pill again until i have answers!!! please someone help me!

No offense since I was anorexic , but if you have an eating disorder you do need help. even if it's therapy instead of drugs to help.

I'm not sure I understand the question.  Are you afraid the medication will cause your bulimia to go away, and you don't want it to?
