I have a friend who is going to CUNY which is in syracuse.  She claims she is using the donor from program (not an agency)  Have you looked into CUNY?

The egg donor topic is very difficult to me. I have a few options that I could search for myself, but there seems to be small glitches to them all. I am afraid to tell people too, which does not help. This is all sooo personal. I feel that the people here on this site are the only ones that understand.

You should post to the fertility forum, there are more members. This forum will grow with time. If I were to use my own donor, I would like to share eggs, I would hate to waste good eggs. I only want one more child.

I am trying IUI for my husband, little hope of working, I am trying to be positive. I will then seriously consider my options with egg donors.

Good luck with your hunt and I will keep my eyes open for you.

You can ask friends to donate for you (if you want it to be anonomys, the friend donates to the clinic/agency and that opens up a donor for you without charge), or sometimes, fertility clinics have there own donor base... I am sorry I didn't answer you sooner, this forum isn't used much.. If you go to the fertility forum and post, you will receive a much better response to any questions.

I hope your search has gone well, and you are on your way or are BFP! : )
