this is a site I think can help you, check it out.

http://www.endo-resolved.com/diet.html

As with most diets to promote healthy bodies, avoid red meat, caffeine, alchohol, dairy, etc.... in the site it details a lot of info.

have you asked your doctor for another treatment? endo can come back at any time, and there is no cure, but there are treatments that can help releif some of the pain, not all treatment are for everyone. as of my experience Lupron has helped me tons!! it has a bunch of side effects, but in my case it was worth it....I just finished my first AF after treatment and it was a mircle, no PAIN, and I didn't know what that felt like since never, because I always had horrible pain with AF, with ovulation, and thru out most of the cycle.

Hi. Unfortunatly endo can come back at anytime, even on Birth control pills....I am not really sure about your question for what is normal after a year, if you mean if is normal to feel pain after being on the pill for a year, then yes, endo is like that, sadly.
