Well, I had my lap 1 week ago. It was much better than i expected. I didn't have much post surgery pain, must have had good drugs :-) I took gas x, my percocet and ibuprofin 600mg immediatley after we got home from the hospital. I had the most minor gas pains, but nothing bad. I kept on top of meds never letting them lapse. A couple times I slept through the next dose, but took immediately and was ok. I wouldn't even call it pain, just discomfort.
They found 2 spots of endo which they burned. They also removed scar tissue from my intestines which they aren't positive what was from. The doc was super vague but something looked wierd in my one tube, something odd about my colon as well. My follow up is 3 weeks from now so hopefully get better answers then. He said to my hubs we'll ttc 6 more months then he'd do dye test on tube if unsuccessful, 6 more months seems like forever. I have only 2 small incisions. One in my navel and one just above my hair line. I think the procedure myay have been easier for them since my last son killed my abs and they still aren't back together.
I'm on CD 11, surgery was CD 4, and still no high reading on clearbllue moniotr. I usually get high on 10 and O between 11-14. I'm relieved though because I dont think i could BD :-)
I'd say the lap was pretty easy. I was pleasently surprised by lack of pain but shocked about how tired and exhausted I feel. I guess time wil tell if its helped, and hopeuflly get answers at follow up. Back to the couch...getting tired again.
