Of course! I took ashwagandha which you can find an article about it on that website. Also krill oil the schiff brand, black cohosh is for hormonal balance but I read to only take it 2 wks out of the month so from your period until you ovulate because could possibly cause miscarriage, milk thistle to flush out toxins and drink water so you will urinate a lot which is good, and probiotics to help with digestion and help flush toxins. Do your research and look on that website because there are many helpful herbs out there. Just want to make your womb a less hostile environment by getting inflammation to calm down. Also watch your diet. . That website has the endo diet. Not many doctors out there care and only offer surgery or meds and you have to educate yourself. I've had endo about the same amount of time you have had it so stay positive.

You're welcome! It was a life saver for me. You can find that website on Facebook also. I did have an HSG Test done which you can google. Basically it shows if endo had scarred on your  tubes which causes blockage. Mine was negative. Endo is inflammation and you just need to get it under control. I wish you the best of luck!

I have no idea what stage my Endo is. My gyno never told me when it was removed. Some of the Endo was found on my uterus. I will give that site a look over for sure. I am just trying now, so I can hopefully find a permanent cure for my Endo. I have only had it for about 2 almost 3 years now, and I can't handle it any longer!

My favorite website is www.cureendometriosis.com. I tried for 9 months to get pregnant then found this website. Surgeries and chemicals make things worse so I tried to go natural. I was feeling better after a month and then got pregnant. I'm stage 2 endo with no endo on reproductive organs though. I took herbs n supplements that balanced my hormones and took away inflammation. If you would a list of the supplements I took, let me know.
