ADHD Meds caused wright loss - Triggered Recurrence of Endo Symptoms

I am wondering if anyone else has had this happen. I have been in 'remission' from my Endometriosis for about 3 years after having my ovaries removed and then one grew back (apparently they didn't get it all). Then I recently started on some ADHD medication which has triggered rapid weight loss of 12 pounds over 6 weeks. Then all of the sudden I spiked a high fever and had sever pelvic pain again, similar to my symptoms when my endometriosis first showed up 15 years ago. There may be no correlation, but I was wondering if anyone else has had weight loss trigger new or increased endo symptoms?
