Can I have endometriosis

I am at my wits end with this chronic pain and no one seems to can't find out what's going on with me. About 5 months ago, a guy friend gave me trich. I was cured but still having these cramping symptoms. Now the cramping is in the lower stomach and often goes to my lower back. I was tested for all STDs and rendered negative results. These symptoms seem to worsen during ovulation. I do not know if this has something to with my GI tract or reproductive health. I am going to go to urgent care or the ER. I do not have enough money to a gyno
