Cramping and Bleeding

I have a history of endometriosis and fibroids. My pelvic pain is horrible and now the heavy bleeding and or spotting is becoming a problem again. My obgyn put me on Seasonique and Im on my second month. I bleed for like two week and stopped last week. Then today started bleeding again and the cramping is awful as well as super fatigued and nauseous. Can anyone suggest anything please?

Id rather not get on pain pills but may have to get some for when the pain gets really unbearable. Ill call my doctor tomorrow and ask about a new birth control. Thank you!

Aww i'm sorry about your pain.  That exact thing happened to me with lo ovral (which I was prescribed to for my endometriosis).  The longer I was on it the more pain, heavy bleeding, and negative side affects I had.  My doctor then told me to just stick it out for three months because it could get better, but by half way through month two I had had way more than enough of that pill.  My new doctor said that it really only takes a couple weeks to know if a pill won't be the best for you.  She said that if you are having really bad side affects with a pill that it is just not the one for you, which is fine because there are so many different kinds out there!  If you are unhappy with your pill ask you doctor to switch you to another, there's no need to put yourself through torture! good luck!

If things doen't start getting better for you I would suggest calling your doc and asking to be put on a different BC.  Sometimes they need to play around with the BC before they find one that really works for you.
