Endo specialist is definately advised, Kannu! It should be the person that knows what to do and how overcome those obstacles. Usually endometriomas are signs of 3-4 stages of endometriosis...unfortunatelly...

That is the next step they usually take.

I would during this time start looking for an endo specialist. Its key when dealing with this disease as there is no cure

Yes. It is very normal. Brown blood is old blood. An elevated CA-125 is used to detect inflammation from Endometriosis, Fibroids, adhesions etc but is not a diagnoses. Did they tell you the cysts were blood filled? If so having blood filled cysts indicate moderate to severe endometriosis and you really should be looked at by an Endo surgeon not just a reg gyno. Most blood filled cysts do not dissolve on their own and will need surgical removal.

If you need help finding an Endo specialist please let me know and I can help you.
