Endo affecting kidneys?

I'm freaking out I really hope I can get some advice here...

I've been having what my doctor would describe as kidney pain.  It's terrible pain in the bottom of the back side of my left ribs extending down a little bit, in my side, and down the front running into my groin.  It is new ish and happening more and more frequently and it's freaking me out!!! My doctor tested my urine and it was negative for infection, so she said until I see blood in my urine that I shouldn't need to get it checked out but that "it sounds like kidney pain".  I'm really scared cause I have untreated endometriosis on my left ureter... should I notify my endo specialist? I really don't want to make a fuss over nothing but it's kind of scaring me!

Endo can spread to any of your organs, especailly those near your uterus and ovaries. I had endo on my appendix and barely made it into surgery before it ruptured. It may be nothing, but its better to be safe than sorry.
