Endometriosis Da Vinci Robot and laparoscopy

Hi, I am 37. endometriosis, three on each ovary. largest 37x34mm.  I had a laparoscopy done in Jan 2015, and went for a IVF, but failed. The doctor is planning to have the Da Vinci Robot to remove the cycts.  I did some research online, I think the Da Vinci is treated for cancer. And doctor admitted that he didn't clean everything out when he did the laparoscopy in Jan.  I want to know if anyone has the same experience that can be shared? and I am thinking to change another doctor, but not sure if this is a good idea.  I'd really appreciate your help.  Thanks

Thank you so much! I have talked to another IVF specialist, he didn't suggest to have another surgery within the short of the period.  But he didn't want to prescribe any medications to reduce the sizes of the endo, either, he thought it will make my hormone imbalanced and will take longer time to get it back to get ready to pregnant.    I will see an endometriosis specialist and see how he says.

definitely change dr.'s see an endometriosis specialist so it can be done correctly this time...no disease left behind...the type of surgery...laparoscopy v.s. Da Vinci is irrelevant...it is the skill of the surgeon not the equipment used...please see a specialist if you want to have a chance at getting your life back!
