Endometrisis or Hysterectomy

I have at least 9 fibroids, the biggest is about 9 cm, and smaller is about 2.5 cm, i start having longer period 7 to 9 days with heavy bleeding and back pain, I feel the fibroids is too big to extend that I cant breath sometimes normaly, I need to go bathroom more offen than before, what is the best solution Endometrisis or Heysterctomy, specially I had 2 myomectomy in 1987 and 1997 in addiotion to cesarian operationin 2000.

A hysterectomy is not the answer. I am sure the surgery helps some people but its not the answer because if you dont have a great surgeon to remove all the deep endo then it will still grow back.

Endometriosis is a medical condition where the endometrium (the lining of your uterus... aka the stuff that comes out when you have your period), grows in other places outside of the uterus (like on your ovaries etc.).  This can be incredibly painful.

Hysterectomy is the removal of all or part of the reproductive organs (uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, cervix).

I am guessing you probably already know this and just mis-worded your question, so if you could please clarify, that would be great.

I am not understanding what you mean.  Is it better to have endometriosis or a hysterectomy?
